ABUJA, Nigeria – President Bola Ahmed Tinubu appoints new leadership across key federal agencies, including the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
Former senator Ibrahim Ida is named CAC chairman, bringing experience in finance, law and public service.
The presidency in a statement on Monday also nominates seven commissioners to the National Population Commission, pending National Assembly confirmation, representing states with vacant positions.
In a separate move, Yusuf Mohammed is appointed chairman of Federal Polytechnic, Kaltungo, while Bala Mohammed Bello is confirmed as Special Adviser on Political Economy.
Presidential aide Bayo Onanuga says the appointments aim to improve governance and economic outcomes.
