ABUJA, Nigeria – The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board has appointed four new directors while honouring retiring senior staff in a leadership reshuffle aimed at strengthening institutional performance.
The appointments, approved by Education Minister Maruf Alausa, are announced during a ceremony in Abuja.
Registrar Is-haq Oloyede urges the new directors to uphold discipline and responsibility. “These positions come with significant duties and must not be taken lightly,” he says.
The new appointees take charge of key departments, including Information Technology, Procurement, zonal administration, and training.
The board also honours retired officials, including former Test Development Director David Ayodele Akanbi, praising their years of service.
Akanbi urges successors to maintain integrity and excellence, describing it as essential for professional legacy.
