AWKA, Nigeria – The Federal Road Safety Corps deploys 1,500 personnel across Anambra State to manage traffic and ensure safety during the Easter holiday rush.
Sector Commander, Bridget Asekhauno, says emergency teams and equipment are positioned at critical نقاط to respond swiftly to incidents.
“We urge motorists to obey traffic laws and prioritise safety,” she states.
Authorities also activate ambulances, patrol vehicles, and tow trucks to handle breakdowns and emergencies.
Passengers are encouraged to wear seat belts and report reckless driving as officials intensify enforcement.
The FRSC assures 24-hour response services via its toll-free emergency line.
