ABUJA, Nigeria – The Nigerian Education Loan Fund firmly debunks circulating claims of an increased student allowance, confirming the monthly upkeep remains ₦20,000.
The clarification follows widespread reports suggesting beneficiaries would receive ₦25,000, a figure the agency dismisses as inaccurate.
In a statement on Monday, the Director of Strategic Communications, Oseyemi Oluwatuyi, urges students to rely strictly on official updates to avoid misinformation.
