Eldas MP Adan Keynan Resigns
Eldas MP Adan Keynan Wehliye has resigned.
The longest serving lawmaker in a letter addressed to National Assembly speaker Moses Wetangula attributed his resignation to the continued hostilities among different clans within Eldas constituency.
In the letter dated January 6, 2023, the Jubilee lawmaker also noted that the decision for him to resign was reached following a request from the elders.
He also noted that his deteriorating health was a factor in his decision to resign.
