The National Labour Congress (NLC) released on X on Wednesday a designed flier depicting its scheduled protest slated for the 27th and 28th of February 2024 titled, “We no gree for hardship, increased poverty, insecurity, and anti-people economic policy”.
An X user @ken_major commends their design while emphasizing that, it’s the only thing NLC can really do well at. This is confirmed in a statement, “The only thing good about you guys is your graphics artist. Else, na una be the small ekuke dog” he said.
Another user @collin_Achiever echoes the unfeasibility of the protest after the DSS warnings of protest, NLC is never serious about anything that will move Nigerians forward.
He stated, “NLC say DEM NOR GREE FOR
@OfficialDSSNG NO PROTESTING. anyway, let’s watch and see because @NLCHeadquarters are never serious with themselves for anything that tends to be beneficial to Nigerians.”
Another user @queenNenny_01 emphasized that NLC is in cohort with whatever is going on in the country and that their gases will be filled up by FG very soon to hinder the protest. She stated, “Today is Wednesday, and on Friday Tinubu will call you guys and refill your gas. Then you will STOP MAKING NOISE. we do rate una”
A user @Hashafcee1 calls the organization a fraudster who is only after their pocket. She confirmed, “This scam organization who una wan cash-out, once they are paid behind closed doors, PIM una no go hears.
