EFCC Alerts Public on 58 Illegal Ponzi Scheme Operators (FULL LIST)

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, has alerted Nigerians on the operations of 58 companies ‘posturing’ as investing entities and defrauding innocent Nigerians of their hard-earned money. The Commission said it uncovered the activities of the operators by applying the instrumentality of its anti-corruption mandate.

EFCC said its efforts in exposing the illicit operations of the organisations is In line with its commitment to sanitising the financial space of the nation and offer the investing public adequate and reliable information on the activities of illegal Ponzi scheme operators across the country.

The EFCC informs that the companies are neither registered with the Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, nor the Security Exchange Commission, SEC.

EFCC added that the two regulators, in separate correspondences with it, denied that they are registered with them.

The Commission has charged many of the companies to court, with five of them convicted, another five pleaded guilty but awaiting review of facts while the rest are pending arraignment.

According to a statement issued by the EFCC’s head, media & publicity, Mr Dele Oyewale on Tuesday, and shared with Africa Health Report, AHR, the names of the illegally operating companies are:

Wales Kingdom Capital, Bethseida Group of Companies, AQM Capital Limited, Titan Multibusiness Investment Limited,  Brickwall Global Investment Limited, Farmforte Limited & Agro Partnership Tech, Green Eagles Agricbusiness Solution Limited, Richfield Multiconcepts Limited, Forte Asset Management Limited, (Biss Networks Nigeria Limited, S Mobile Netzone Limited, Pristine Mobile Network), Letsfarm Integrated Services, Bara Finance & Investment Limited, Vicampro Farms Limited, Brooks Network Limited, Gas Station Supply Services Limited, Brass & Books Limited, (Annexation Biz Concept & Maitanbuwal Global Venturescrowdyvest Limited,) and Crowdyvest Limited,

It emphasized it will use the instrumentality of its anti-corruption mandate to stimulate growth in the economy.
