JUST IN: NSA Hands Over 59 Rescued Kidnap Victims to Kaduna Govt

The National Security Adviser, NSA, Mr Nuhu Ribadu, along with the national coordinator, of the National Counter Terrorism Centre, NCTC, Major Gen. Adamu Laka, top officials of NCTC, and Office of the National Security Adviser ONSA, on Monday handed over 59 rescued kidnap victims to the Kaduna State Government.

Addressing journalists after the brief hand over ceremony on Tuesday, Ribadu reiterated the commitment of the Federal Government to rescue other victims who are still in captivity.

The victims are made up of 28 women, 24 men, and six children while one of them is said to be hospitalized.

The victims who were kidnapped from various parts of Kaduna State were handed over in Abuja after being rescued along Abuja-Kaduna Highway.
