US Representative Scott Perry has claimed that investigations reveal terrorist groups, including Boko Haram, ISIS, and Al-Qaeda, have received funding through USAID.
Speaking during a congressional hearing on Friday, Perry alleged that aid programs intended for development in conflict zones were instead being used to finance these organizations.
According to Perry, approximately $697 million was allegedly diverted to support terrorist groups under the Obama and Biden administrations.
Additionally, he claimed that $20 million, originally meant for children’s educational television programs, was misused to fund terrorism.
