NAFDAC Issues Public Warning Against Falsified Non- Diary Creamer Products

The National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) has issued a public warning against illegal distribution and sales of falsified brands of Ginny Non- Diary Creamer Products

This was confirmed in a press statement by the official X platform of the Agency on Wednesday, stating that the product is a combination of concoction of many food additives known as coffee creamer or whitener which is used as a substitute for milk powder or to lessen the amount of milk in beverages, including coffee, tea, oatmeal, hot chocolate, and baked goods.

The Agency also affirmed that products have several irregularities such as, labelling which is non-compliance with NAFDAC ‘s prepackaged Food labelling guidelines.
