FG, SERA to Launch First Nigerian Space Mission Amidst Economic Hardship

The Federal Government (FG), the National Space Research and Development Agency (NASDRA) and the Space Exploration and Research and Development Agency (SERA) signed a Memorandum of  Understanding (MOU) to cooperate on human space flight missions amid economic hardship

This was confirmed in an event in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) on Wednesday by the NASRDA director, Dr. Mathew Adepoju emphasizes that this move will foster development of critical technologies and infrastructure.

Uche Nnaji, the Minister of Innovation, Science and Technology emphasizes, that this move will encourage Nigerian scientists and engineers and also tailored in lieu of the FG renewed hope agenda as Nigerians become key players in global space exploration.
