A truck carrying sharp building stones from Bwari Area Council, at Tipper Garage Junction, in FCT has on Thursday caused a major accident along the Dutse Baupma, Bwari, FCT Abuja.
The incident resulted in the destruction of five cars and numerous injuries.
An eyewitness, Mr. Jeffrey, shared his account with Africa Health Report (AHR), saying, “So many cars were destroyed, but no lives were lost.” He further described a harrowing scene where “a person was trapped under the tipper, begging for his life. Road safety personnel finally came to his rescue and rushed him to the hospital. As we speak, I pray he survives.”
Emergency services responded swiftly to the scene, providing aid to the injured and clearing the wreckage.
