OSGF warns the public against job racketeers posing as employees

The Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (OSGF) has issued a warning to the public against individuals who are engaging in fraudulent activities, claiming to represent the office and offering fake job opportunities to unsuspecting Nigerians.

The Director of Information at the OSGF, Segun Imohiosen, revealed that a certain individual named Musa Magudu has been involved in swindling people, using a cloned phone number to deceive the public and extract money from them.

The OSGF stated that the phone number used by the fraudster, 08033453597, is not linked to the Secretary to the Government of the Federation and that Musa Magudu is not affiliated with the office in any way.

According to the statement, “In this regard, the Office expressly disclaims all liabilities for or damages of any kind arising from any transaction with this fraudster.

“The general public is at this moment notified that the OSGF has no mandate to offer employment to Boards of the various Agencies, Parastatals and Extra-Ministerial Departments. Also,  members should desist from having any transaction with job racketeers claiming to be from the given above, the SGF warns fraudsters to desist forthwith from duping members of the public or face the wrath of the law.
