The Minister of Health Dr. Sabin Nsanzimana
The first four patients who will benefit from kidney transplantation in Rwanda will benefit from this service on May 22, 2023 at Kigali Hospital, according to the Minister of Health, Dr Sabin Nsanzimana.
“It will be a great progress in the country’s medical sector. Four patients transferred to Fayçal Hospital in Kigali are awaiting this operation,” he said.
Minister Nsanzimana made this revelation on May 11 while presenting his department’s budget and planning for the 2023-2024 fiscal year.
He answered questions from the Honorable Frank Habineza on the proper management of non-communicable diseases/Non Communicable Diseases (NCD) and their prevention by the population. (END)
